kkf Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with kkf. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. kkf reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age. If verification fails, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held pending review.

1.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) kkf account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. kkf may close all duplicate accounts at its sole discretion and withhold any bonus winnings generated from duplicate registrations.

1.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your official identification documents, constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

1.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkf username and password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify kkf support immediately at [email protected].

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Do not allow any third party to use your kkf account to place bets.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kkf currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kkf does not accept deposits via international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.

2.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your kkf wallet in real time. kkf is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile banking provider. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed in the Wallet section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used to make the qualifying deposit. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification as requested by kkf. kkf reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification checks, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of a bonus wagering requirement.

2.4 No Refunds on Settled Bets. Once a bet or casino wager has been accepted and settled by the Platform, no refund will be issued. If you believe a settlement was made in error, you must contact kkf support within 48 hours of the event result being confirmed.

2.5 Player Funds. kkf holds player funds separately from operating funds. Your kkf wallet balance reflects the amount available to you for wagering and withdrawal. kkf does not pay interest on wallet balances.

3.1 Promotional Offers. kkf may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, or other incentives ("Promotions") to registered players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

3.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your kkf account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.

3.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent a kkf promotion — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial play patterns — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

3.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. kkf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a Promotion at the time of its modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, unless kkf determines that fraudulent activity has occurred.

4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the kkf Platform are subject to acceptance by kkf. kkf reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time and without explanation, including bets from players who have demonstrated a consistent pattern of winning that falls outside expected statistical distributions.

4.2 Void Bets. kkf may declare a bet void in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical faults that affect the integrity of the event or game outcome; obvious pricing errors; match abandonment or postponement beyond the defined settlement window; or evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.

4.3 Game Outcomes. The outcome of all casino games on kkf — including slots, live casino, crash games, and arcade-format titles — is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealing equipment streamed in real time. kkf does not interfere with game outcomes.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product, player account status, or promotional context.

4.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand, crash game round, or in-play bet, kkf's server-side records will determine the final state of the game or bet at the time of disconnection. kkf is not liable for losses resulting from network failures on the player's side.

5.1 You agree that you will not use the kkf Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, pricing errors, or system bugs for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkf staff, support agents, or other players.
• Circumventing self-exclusion, deposit limits, or account restrictions imposed by kkf.
• Accessing the Platform if you have been self-excluded or have an active account restriction.

5.2 kkf reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this clause, and to withhold any funds in that account pending investigation. In serious cases, kkf may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

6.1 kkf is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide the following player protection tools to all registered accounts:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — caps on the net loss you can sustain within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — notifications when your pre-set play session time has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent account closure on request, processed by our support team.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of kkf.

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkf and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.2 kkf does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. kkf will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

8.3 In any event, kkf's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkf wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 kkf collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

9.2 kkf uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

10.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your kkf account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

10.2 Closure by kkf. kkf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if your account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to kkf or its players.

10.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds in your account at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with clause 10.1 or 10.2 as applicable.

11.1 kkf reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkf will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, kkf may also notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

11.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with clause 10.1.

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kkf operates.

12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and kkf, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. kkf will endeavour to resolve complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

13.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kkf with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver. Any failure by kkf to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of kkf's right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

13.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
